We will most likely have to give up Bella because, really, we can't afford two dogs.

As sad as this makes me, I will be able to handle it if she goes to a good home... especially if it's someone I know and trust.


If anyone wants a good dog, here's her stats:

She's a collie/hound mix according to Lexington Humane Society.

She is pretty well leash trained.

She still has a little way to go on housebreaking. If you take her out often enough, she shouldn't be a big problem. The puppy pads should help, too.

She is SO cute. She looks like a beagle. I think she will get kind of big, though (in the neighborhood of 30-50 pounds), because she is about 3 months old and already about 2/3 the size of Vash, who is a 1-year-old border collie (25 pounds). Plus she has really big paws for her size.


She has a very sweet and loving nature, but she can be afraid if you have an aggressive tone in your voice. She's either wagging her tail or cowering. In other words - NOT a mean/aggressive dog at all toward people.

If you have other dogs, she'll get along with them - maybe if they will go along with her ways. Bella is a bit aggressive toward other dogs, but just enough for her to establish herself as the alpha. She likes dogs who respect her and will play with her.

All in all, she just needs some housebreaking training and she will be a great pet for anyone.

PLEASE let me know if you are interested. I live in Richmond, Kentucky. I will drive as far as Ohio to give her a good home. Otherwise, We are going to take her to our vet or the shelter where any random person will take her. I would MUCH prefer a person I know so I can visit or ask about her.
